Börsengehandelte Indexfonds sind bei den Deutschen eine beliebte Anlageform. Rund 180 Euro pro Monat investieren Anleger laut dem Portal ExtraETF in ihre ETF-Sparpläne. In Zeiten hoher Inflation ist diese Form der Geldanlage für viele Investoren eine gute Alternative zu klassischen Anlageformen wie Tagesgeld oder Sparbuch.
Einer der beliebtesten Aktienindizes ist der MCSI World. Er umfasst etwas mehr als 1500 Unternehmen aus 23 Industrieländern und bildet rund 85 Prozent der weltweiten Marktkapitalisierung ab. Im Schnitt erzielte der Index über 20 Jahre eine durchschnittliche jährliche Rendite von knapp neun Prozent.. Laut der Vergleichsplattform JustETF können deutsche Anlegerinnen und Anleger zwischen 22 verschiedenen ETFs wählen.
