Gol tersebut menjadi pencetus kebangkitan Arsenal dengan Leandro Trossard berjaya memastikan kedudukan menjadi 2-2 enam minit sebelum perlawanan tamat. “Saya terinspirasi dengan gol itu, saya ada terfikir untuk melakukan perkara sama. Saya baru sahaja menontonnya semalam dan hari ini saya berjaya melakukannya,” jelas Rice.
