PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal was told that the blood spatter on the wall of the burnt room where Cradle Fund chief executive officer Nazrin Hassan's body was found was a match for his deoxyribonucleic acid .
"ASP Nizam's testimony clearly shows that the witness is an expert and has extensive experience and observations regarding blood spatter at crime scenes," he said while giving his submissions on Tuesday in the prosecution's appeal against the Shah Alam High Court's decision to acquit Nazrin's widow, Samirah Muzaffar, 48, and her two teenage sons, currently aged 20 and 17, of murdering Nazrin.
"This also supports the appellant's theory that the body of the deceased was moved. Therefore, the appellant argues that there is no reason for this court to reject ASP Nizam's testimony," he said.
