Sarawak premier Abang Johari Openg said China’s new map did not comply with United Nations regulations.
He said the publication of the map did not comply with United Nations regulations and the outlining of China’s new maritime borders clearly did not abide by international maritime law. “China is a UN member and should have complied with its regulations,” Abang Johari was quoted as saying by Berita Harian.
