Li Qiang met with Japanese, South Korean and Southeast Asian leaders today.

JAKARTA: China’s premier Li Qiang said today that major powers must oppose confrontation and “a new Cold War” as he met with Japanese, South Korean and Southeast Asian leaders in Indonesia.
