- ROME, NOV 3 - The European Commission has approved an Italian measure worth 450 million to support the agricultural sector by promoting investments linked to primary agricultural production and the processing and marketing of agricultural products, a statement said on Friday. The aid will take the form of subsidised loans and will cover up to 80% of eligible costs, the statement added.
The scheme will run until December 31, 2025 and will be open to companies operating in primary agricultural production and in the processing and marketing of agricultural products in Italy.
