Danial Mah Abdullah claims trial to the charge of abuse of power by misusing the Labuan Financial Services Authority’s funds for home renovations.
Danial Mah Abdullah is alleged to have used his position to misappropriate a total of RM26,025 in LFSA funds between 2017 and 2020 to renovate his home, fund utility expenses, and purchase assets for personal benefit.
Danial Mah Abdullah, 63, pleaded not guilty at the Labuan sessions court after the charges were read before Justice Jason Juga, Berita Harian reported. He is alleged to have used his position to misappropriate a total of RM26,025 in LFSA funds between 2017 and 2020 to renovate his home, fund utility expenses, and purchase assets for personal benefit.
