This flat stomach workout lasts 6 minutes and provides an excellent way to get rid of belly fat and reduce your waist while strengthening your core muscles. In addition, improving body posture, balance as well as easing back pain.1️⃣Lie on your stomach on the floor, with your legs bent as if you wanted to perform a classic abdominal exercise.

2️⃣Place your arms on your sides, with your palms resting on the floor surface. Relax your shoulders and back, turning your gaze upward. 3️⃣Bend your knees and bring them toward your chest.
