ULU YAM: A woman was crushed to death when a tree fell on her car as she was driving along Jalan Ulu Yam-Gombak here.

BINTULU: Voters in Jepak have been reminded to ignore calls by certain quarters not to go out and vote in Saturday's by-election on the excuse that Gabungan Parti Sarawak will win anyway.

The Jepak by-election was called after its six-term assemblyman Datuk Talib Zulpilip of GPS died on Sept 15. GPS comprises PBB, Sarawak United People's Party , Parti Rakyat Sarawak and Progressive Democratic Party .
