BINTULU: The Progressive Democratic Party is going all out in helping Gabungan Parti Sarawak win big in the Jepak by-election.
"We, at PDP, will go out in full force to ensure that GPS will not only win but win with a big majority," said its president, Datuk Seri Tiong Kiong Sing, at the PDP Tanjung Batu paintball tournament on Sunday . According to Tiong, also Bintulu MP, party members would gather support for GPS and its candidate, Iskandar Turkee, 54.
"We believe the GPS leadership has picked the best candidate, and we will give our 100% support to him," Tiong added. The by-election is a three-cornered fight.
