“The turnout is not satisfactory at the moment. I urge all voters to come out so that we can achieve our target of 65%. There is still time until 5.30pm to cast your ballots," he told reporters after visiting the SK Bintulu polling station here.The EC chairman also requested the contesting parties to mobilise their supporters to come out and vote.
