ISKANDAR PUTERI: A 27-year-old man was arrested for stealing the cargo compartment of a lorry trailer at Southern Industrial and Logistics Clusters (SILC), here.
Iskandar Puteri OCPD Asst Comm Rahmat Ariffin said the suspect stole the trailer on Sept 18 and changed the colour and the chassis of the compartment.
"Investigations revealed that the suspect works as a lorry attendant and stole the trailer for his own personal use," he said at a press conference on Tuesday . The suspect also changed the colour of the trailer from blue to red to avoid being caught by the authorities, he added.
