JOHOR BARU: The Johor State Government is targeting to rescue 13 'sick' housing projects worth close to RM1bil by next year, says Datuk Mohd Jafni Md Shukor.
JOHOR BARU: The Johor State Government is targeting to rescue 13"sick" housing projects worth close to RM1bil by next year, says Datuk Mohd Jafni Md Shukor.
“The committee was introduced last year and consists of the Johor State Housing Development Corporation , 16 local authorities, and all technical agencies under the state government. “The projects consist of 1,073 units with a total value of RM260mil,” he said in a statement here on Sunday . The seven housing projects are Residensi Prima Kota Tinggi, Taman Kota Jaya 2 Kota Tinggi, Taman Saujana Jaya Kulai, Taman Desa Impian Tenggara, Taman Tanjung Puteri Pasir Gudang, Taman Impiana Kulai, and Taman Desa Kempas Johor Baru.
