KUALA LUMPUR: The Light Rail Transit service for the Kelana Jaya Line is expected to achieve a three-minute frequency during peak hours by the end of this month, says the Transport Ministry.
"Prasarana Malaysia Bhd has made several efforts to improve train service frequency. Three four-coach trains commenced operations in September 2023. As for the Kajang Mass Rapid Transit Line, the ministry said that train wheel replacements are underway, and the targeted train frequency during peak hours is set to improve from six minutes to four minutes by the end of January 2024.
