PETALING JAYA: Majikan disaran mempertimbangkan semula tahap gaji berikutan kos sara hidup yang semakin meningkat selain menjadikannya sebagai sebahagian daripada strategi menarik tenaga kerja berkualiti, kata JobStreet Malaysia.
Pengarah Urusannya, Vic Sithasanan berkata, jika paras gaji median kekal sementara kos sara hidup terus meningkat, ini secara semula jadi akan mendorong pencari kerja untuk memberi lebih tumpuan kepada gaji.
“Namun, syarikat yang mungkin merasakan tekanan untuk bersaing dari segi tahap gaji juga harus mengingati faktor lain yang boleh memberi kesan kepada perekrutan dan menyerlahkan kelebihan mereka. Panduan Gaji 2023 JobStreet mendapati sebanyak 97.3 peratus daripada penyenaraian pekerjaan menawarkan tahap gaji yang serupa dengan tahun lepas.
