PETALING JAYA: On the 60th Malaysia Day, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad says it is important to look back to history if the nation is to move forward.
He said in a social media post on Saturday that six decades of nationhood is a long time and added that there are many bitter-sweet memories from this period.
“Although Singapore is no longer with us, we have successfully restricted communism,” added Dr Mahathir.
