Kota Kinabalu: A 48-year-old lorry driver charged with causing grievous hurt to another man, will have his case mention for pre-trial case management on Oct 30 this year.
Sessions Court Judge Ummu Khaltom Abdul Samad set the date for Ambrose Joluis whose case was brought up for mention.The prosecution asked for another mention date to prepare for documents. Ambrose is accused of voluntarily causing serious injury to one Charles Edward Sitimin, 29, at 7.30pm on July 1, 2022 outside a hall in Kg Notorus, Penampang.
