PETALING JAYA: A lorry crashed into several vehicles in Putrajaya today, including a police outrider’s motorcycle, leaving two dead.
According to CCTV footage of the incident, several cars were stopped on the highway to make way for police outriders escorting a convoy.Putrajaya police chief Asmadi Abdul Aziz said a lorry then attempted to change lanes and failed to brake on time, crashing into six cars, three motorcycles, a police outrider’s motorcycle and two lorries. He said paramedics confirmed that two men died at the scene, while other victims are being treated at Putrajaya Hospital and Serdang Hospital.
