So, what would you do if an elderly person approached you with a task they’re struggling with?

Malaysian fitness enthusiast, @fixxfitness, took to his TikTok account to share how he had helped carry heavy boxes for an elderly woman, after she had approached him to seek assistance as her differently-abled son could not help her. He wrote, “One of the benefits of me going to the gym. Insyaallah, I can help people who need assistance. When I was looking for a parking space, this aunty caught my attention and came to me asking for help to carry boxes of water bottles into her car.”

“This is because she is old and does not have the strength to carry them. And her son is differently-abled.”He went on to explain that he can only wish that others would help his own elderly mother should she require it. “I feel bad to see elderly people like this. It doesn’t matter what race or religion. We should help each other, with the hope that if my mother is carrying heavy items, there will be people to help her.
