Given the current economic climate, many find it a challenge just to make ends meet, with the common consensus being that a second income or a ‘side gig’ is needed, especially if you live in the city.
Shared by TikTok user aemalynn on the social media platform, the video shows her boyfriend preparing two bowls of laksa at a stall in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam while wearing formal clothes.The couple then ate the laksa together and through the caption and the overlaid text on the video, it is revealed that the laksa and mee rebus stall is her boyfriend’s side hustle, whereby he works a corporate job during the day and sells the Malaysian noodle dishes at night.
In the video’s comments section, one netizen says that the man is definitely a keeper, whereby not only does he work two jobs, but he also still makes time for his girlfriend.
