ALOR SETAR, Sept 13 — Malaysia will host the Ironman 70.3 Asia-Pacific Championship for the very first time with the support of the Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau at Langkawi Island on October 7.
“We’re grateful to the local authorities and communities for their support in making this event possible,” he said in a statement here, today. “In line with this, MyCEB anticipates the warm welcome of 4,760 local and international attendees who are expected to contributing a substantial amount of RM15 million to Malaysia’s International Sporting Events Industry,” he said.
