Kota Kinabalu: The Malbru Setia and Mertak Bersatu exercises will be held in Sabah from Sept 10 to 17 involving Kota Belud, Kota Marudu, Matunggong and Kudat.
The Malaysian Fifth Infantry Brigade Command said in a statement that the field training exercises involved the Malaysian Army and the Brunei Royal Army, and are aimed to raise the level of professionalism in conducting military training to protect national sovereignty.Army assets will be used during the exercises and the public have been informed to not panic or be concerned about the presence of military assets and personnel throughout the duration of the exercises.
