Rakib Hassan, 39, admitted to the charge under Section 379 of the Penal Code before Magistrate Don Stiwin Malanjum on Wednesday . Meanwhile, three men were fined RM10,000 each by the Magistrate's Court after they admitted to a charge of drink driving. According to the facts sheet, Maaruf and Baharuddin were accused of the offence at Jalan Sim Hwa Seng while Yusman at Jalan St Patrick. They had committed the offence between 1.10am and 1.45am on Oct 7.
