has issued an update on its current suspension and has vowed to process refunds for its affected passengers. A statement issued today said they are handling a high volume of requests and will establish a hotline to assist customers.
MYAirline Interim Accountable Executive Dato Sri Azharuddin said, “On behalf of MYAirline, we would like to express our deep regret about the recent event and how it had impacted all our passengers.” He added that they are currently expediting the refund process and would like to kindly request patience as they are handling a high volume of over 12,000 emails. The airline said they are also in the process of establishing a hotline to better assist affected passengers.
