No change in PAS’s treatment of non-Muslims since Nik Aziz’s era, says veep

PAS vice-president Idris Ahmad says the comparison is only drawn by DAP to portray PAS as an ‘unfair and extreme’ Islamic party.

PAS vice-president Idris Ahmad said there was no difference in how Abdul Hadi Awang and the late PAS spiritual leader Nik Aziz Nik Mat treated non-Muslims.

PAS vice-president Idris Ahmad said the comparison is only drawn by DAP to portray PAS now as an “unfair and extreme” Islamic party.“The same situation existed during Nik Aziz’s days. Our narrative is, and has always been, ‘Islam for all’.
