PETALING JAYA: The Federal Court has ruled that former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak and his son Datuk Mohd Nazifuddin need to settle RM1.69bil and RM37.6 million in unpaid taxes.
KUALA LUMPUR: The country's laws on workplace discrimination cover persons with disabilities as well and there is no need to enact specific legislation for this group, says Human Resources Minister V. Sivakumar.
“But this is dependent on country where it could have discrimination cases related to this aspect , hence the need for a specific law," he told a press conference at Parliament on Monday .
