Parlimen: Mavcom, BNM tubuh jawatankuasa khas cari kaedah bayaran balik tiket penumpang MYAirline

Mavcom dan BNM akan mencari kaedah untuk memastikan penumpang mendapat bayaran balik tiket dalam masa yang cepat.

KUALA LUMPUR: Kerajaan telah mengarahkan Suruhanjaya Penerbangan Malaysia menubuhkan jawatankuasa khas bagi menyelesaikan bayaran balik tiket penerbangan, kepada 125,000 penumpang MYAirline Sdn. Bhd. yang telah menggantung operasinya.

“Kami faham, kebanyakan pembeli menggunakan kad kredit membeli tiket penerbangan, jadi, kita perlu kerjasama dari BNM apakah mekanisme supaya penumpang yang menggunakan kad kredit terus mendapat bayaran balik. “MYAirline masih ada lesen sampai 14 November 2023. Maka, Mavcom akan bermesyuarat secepat mungkin untuk menentukan lesen ASL mereka,” katanya.
