: South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida agreed Sunday to work toward realising a trilateral summit with China, Yonhap news agency quoted the presidential office said.

“The president said the two countries should continue active meetings in the second half of the year and smoothly implement the process to hold a South Korea-Japan-China summit. As the current chair of the trilateral summit, South Korea has been pushing to host the next meeting before the end of the year.
