Galaxy S24 Ultra’s telephoto and periscope zoom cameras In a new leak, tipster Revegnus shared detailed information on the entire camera setup of the S24 Ultra. Continue reading ahead to learn what to expect from its camera capabilities.
A 10-megapixel telephoto camera with the IMX754+ sensor, which has a 1/3.52″ sensor size and 1.12μm pixel sizewith a 5x optical zoom is equipped with the GMU sensor, which features a 1/2.25″ sensor size and 0.8μm pixel size. The final aperture for the 5x telephoto camera is expected to be approximately f/3.2
The tipster even went on to talk about the Galaxy S25 Ultra, which is expected to launch in Q1 2025. According to the leaker, the S25 Ultra would also use 4x and 6x telephoto lenses and replace laser autofocus with a new Vizion sensor. Both “Vizion 44” and “Vizion 55” have completed development, with the possibility of Samsung opting for the “Vizion 55” with a 1/6.4-inch sensor size and real-time 60fps depth image capabilities.
