Concord Management allegedly failed to register as an investment advisor with regulators.
WASHINGTON: The US Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday charged Concord Management and its owner with failing to register with regulators while operating as an investment advisor to an unidentified billionaire former Russian official.
A spokesman for Concord and Matlin said in an emailed statement that “a full and fair review of the applicable law and relevant facts will underscore that Concord Management and Michael Matlin complied with all regulatory and legal requirements.”
