“We are also looking at the interests of the participants because we want to avoid mismatch of courses,” he said at a press conference after witnessing the Exchange of TVET Programme Transformation Cooperation Memorandum Documents between the government, government-linked companies and private firms here yesterday.
At the same time, he said the courses should complement market demand, especially from foreign investors in the country.
