Bei sonnigem Wetter und 18 Grad Celsius fand die Superpole der Supersport-WM 2023 statt. Nicolò Bulega sicherte sich souverän die Pole Position mit einer beeindruckenden Rundenzeit von 1:41,823 min, nur knapp langsamer als der Rekord von 2019.
Die Superpole der Supersport-WM 2023 fand bei Sonnenschein und frischen 18 Grad Celsius statt. Weil nur die Superbike-Kategorie ein drittes Training hat, nutzen die Supersportler das 20-minütige Qualifying auch für Abstimmungsarbeiten. Nachdem das erste freie Training am Freitag wegen nasser Piste nutzlos war , sind fast alle Piloten mit ihrem Set-up im Rückstand.
Und Bulega sorgte auch in der Superpole auf seiner ersten fliegenden Runde in 1:42,567 min für einen Paukenschlag. Damit nicht genug, legte der 23-Jährige auf der nächsten Runde eine 1:42,130 min nach und führte nach acht Minuten um 0,7 sec vor Federico Caricasulo und eine volle Sekunde vor Schrötter.
