MELAKA: A 33-year-old religious school teacher was fined a total of RM12,000 by the Magistrate's Court in Ayer Keroh here for three offences of cheating two women into sex and in possession of pornographic images in his mobile phone.
MELAKA: A 33-year-old religious school teacher was fined a total of RM12,000 by a Magistrate’s Court in Ayer Keroh here for three offences of deceiving two women into having sex with him and keeping pornographic images in his mobile phone this year.
Based on the charge sheets for two of the offences, the accused tricked two women aged 19 and 33 by offering each of them loans totalling RM300 and RM2,000 respectively. The offences were committed at 12.40am on March 21 at a hotel in Jalan PM4, Plaza Mahkota, and at 11am on Oct 1 in Jalan Tebing Tinggi, Bukit Baru, both in the Melaka Tengah district.
For the third charge, Ahmad Saifullah was charged under Section 292 of the Penal Code, which provides for a jail sentence up to three years or a fine, or both, upon conviction.The offence was committed at a thafiz school at KM11, Solok Gaung, Bukit Lintang, also in Melaka Tengah district, at 1.50pm on Oct 3.
