Tesla is set to open its second showroom in Malaysia at the newly opened Pavilion Damansara Heights Mall. The timing seems to coincide nicely with the upcoming launch of Model 3 Highland in Malaysia.
Pavilion Damansara Heights Mall officially opened its doors to the public today. Among more than 350 retail shops at the massive shopping centre, one of them is quite different from the others: a Tesla showroomlast month, many speculated that it would become the first Tesla showroom in Malaysia.
Given its location, you can actually spot the showroom from the outside of the mall. By my rough estimate, it seemed that the Tesla Experience Centre Pavilion Damansara Heights is slightly larger than its counterpart in Tesla Centre Cyberjaya. While it is not yet a common view in Malaysia, Tesla is not the first EV manufacturer that has established a showroom inside a shopping centre. BYD already have several of them so far including in
