Today, Tesla Malaysia unveiled the latest Model 3 lineup at Centre Court, Pavilion Damansara Heights. The event also marks the opening of the first Tesla Experience Store in Malaysia, where visitors can explore the full Tesla vehicle line-up, including the Model Y.
The Model 3 is available for order in both Rear-Wheel Drive and Long Range versions, starting at RM189,000 and RM218,000 respectively. The EVs feature an acceleration rate from 0 to 100km/h in just 4.4 seconds and offer a single-charge range of up to 629km . With Tesla Supercharging, the Model 3 can charge up to 282 km in just 15 minutes.
Moreover, it features updated exterior styling optimised for maximum aerodynamics and it's now quieter than ever, due to the 360-degree acoustic glass. There are new ambient lighting, up to 17 speakers, dual subwoofers and dual amplifiers, ventilated seats, an 8-inch second-row display, a redesigned centre console and new wheel options.
In line with its commitment to enhancing the charging and ownership experience, Tesla recently opened its second Tesla Supercharging station at Sunway Big Box in Johor. As part of the experience store launch, additional charging stations will follow at Pavilion Damansara Heights to create a one-stop destination for customers.
Delivery for the two Model 3 variants will come in the fourth quarter of 2023 and public registration for Model 3 test drives will be available soon. The Tesla Flagship Experience Centre at Pavilion Damansara Heights will be open every day from 10 AM to 10 PM.
