SinChew Daily reports that the Nakhon Nayok Hospital in the Chao Praya Basin, Thailand has kickstarted an investigation into how an ambulance driver who was

transporting a patient had stopped to buy pisang goreng when on the way to the hospital.

However, when they were on the way, the driver had made a brief stop at a roadside stall to buy pisang goreng. It is understood that the driver had ordered the food beforehand and was there to pick it up.
