The TVB actress revealed she has lost close to 10kg in preparation for her upcoming nuptial to fellow actor Kenneth Ma. The 36-year-old beauty did it by cutting out sugar from her diet, which hasn't been easy for Tong as she loves desserts. “Once he senses I’m getting frustrated, he’ll tell me to eat ice cream but I’m starting to get used to cutting out sugar,” Tong said adding that she hopes to lose another 2kg before the big day.
