IPOH: A 26-year-old man and his parents have been arrested over the death of a two-year-old boy who was under their care in Bagan Serai.
"Based on the investigation, the suspect took the child, his neighbour, in the evening to play. He was temporarily taking care of the victim. Juna said the medical officer at the Bagan Serai clinic found several injuries on the victim, including bruises and burn marks. "The cause of death was blunt trauma to the head. There were also wounds on the victim's private parts," he said, adding that the main suspect is a divorcee.
