KOTA KINABALU: A total of 4,721 students, including 22 international students, have enrolled to further their studies at Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) for the 2023/2024 session.
UMS vice-chancellor Prof. Datuk Dr Kasim Mansor said of the number, 3,869 students have registered at UMS Kota Kinabalu Campus, 661 at the Labuan International Campus, and 191 students at the Faculty of Sustainable Agriculture, Sandakan Campus.Kasim said the intake comprises 1,566 or 33 per cent male students, while 3,155 or 67 per cent are females. He said 3,108 students are from Sabah, 1,012 from Peninsular Malaysia, 514 from Sarawak and 65 from Labuan.
