Dusty Baker still kept his best hitter down in the batting order.
On Sunday, Baker hit center fielder Jose Siri leadoff and rookie Jeremy Peña second. Tucker hit sixth behind both of them and backup second baseman Aledmys Díaz. Asked if Tucker enjoys hitting near the bottom of the order, Baker replied “not really.”
