PETALING JAYA: Vista Eye Specialist (Vista) aims to provide long-term work-life balance for employees, which includes initiatives that promote 10x Fun, Learning and Engagement, such as their Gamification programme, which also looks at staff mental well-being, and special leave benefits, says its Human Resource chief Monica Wong.

Wong added that gamification had led to positive results of a three-fold increase in company growth in 2022 over previous years and a more than 30% increase in employee workforce over the same period of time while expanding rapidly. APAC TalentSquare director executive Search Koen Van Gurp agreed with Wong, stating that it was important for the company to build a caring culture among its employees, candidates and community.
“Assessments are a way to encourage non-biased recruitment, which involves being impartial towards a candidate’s race and sex and focusing on their EQ and IQ profile,” added Van Grup.
