Police are investigating the PN chairman over remarks he made on the campaign trail for the Simpang Jeram by-election.
PN chairman Muhyiddin Yassin gave his statement to the police at the Mida office in Kuala Lumpur this morning.
Campaigning at a ceramah on Sept 3, the Perikatan Nasional chairman allegedly claimed that the Malays have “lost power”. Muhyiddin reportedly arrived at the Malaysian Investment Development Authority’s office in Kuala Lumpur at about 9.15am to give his statement.
