IOIPG group chief operating officer Teh Chin Guan said that Sierra Fresco, with an extent of 98,000 sq ft, aspires to be more than just a commercial hub. IOIPG has also officiated the opening of its brand-new IOI Galleria @16 Sierra, which is strategically located within Sierra Fresco. These include the installation of Electric Vehicle charging stations and solar-powered street lights in the development. “We are also going to install the Solar Photovoltaic System to generate clean energy for our sales gallery’s consumption.”He further said that Sierra Fresco has allocated 6,504 sq ft of its commercial space for urban farming to encourage green living.
