IPOH: The decision on Ipoh’s commercial flight routes is up to individual airlines, says a Perak executive councillor.
Tourism committee chairman Loh Sze Yee said the airlines will need to conduct research before adding any new routes to Ipoh’s Sultan Azlan Shah Airport.“The Ipoh-Langkawi route, previously AirAsia, is currently on hold.
"I was informed that the route has not been cancelled but we have yet to know when the company will resume the route," he told Steven Tiw Tee Siang during the question-and-answer session at the Perak assembly sitting here on Monday .
