KOTA KINABALU: A man was seriously hurt after falling from the second floor of a shopping mall at Jalan Sulaman here on Sunday (Sept 24).
It could not be immediately ascertained how the incident happened, but that the 22-year-old man had landed on the roof of a car park.
He added that a team and the department’s Emergency Medical Rescue Services were immediately deployed to the location. Gilu said the EMRS unit subsequently performed the initial treatment on the victim, who is believed to have broken his hip and leg after the fall.
