Kota Kinabalu: A 29-year-old man was ordered to enter his defence for committing physical sexual harassment against his niece.
Sessions Court Judge Azreena Aziz made the order after ruling that the prosecution had established a prima facie case, Monday.The court set Oct 4 for the man’s defence. The man is accused of committing the offence against the 15-year-old girl by touching her private part between 4.30am and 5am on July 14, 2021 inside a toilet of a house in Beaufort.
