This young local restaurant employee apparently took an order from a group of VIP customers but did not realise that one of those customers was Hong Kong star
Many would do anything for the opportunity to meet their favourite celebrity in person but the question is, would you actually be able to recognise them if they were out in public? In case you weren't aware, actor Louis Koo is currently in Malaysia to film his latest movie, “Behind The Shadows” with many of the scenes taking place in Kuala Lumpur.
It seems that the actor has also been spending time trying out some local eateries over the weekend as he was spotted at a ShuDaxia HotPot restaurant in KL with his co-stars Raymond Wong , Chrissie Chau and Cheung Siu Fai . One staff member shared the experience of having the VIP customers dining in at their establishment. According to her caption on her post, a young staff member served the celebs that evening but apparently, did not recognise them, especially the lead actor.
The server only became curious about who they were after the group spent over RM2000 for their meal. The original poster said she decided to check the CCTV footage after her young colleague spoke to her about the VIP customers and much to her surprise, one of the customers was the Hong Kong star himself. 'Isn't this Louis Koo? Why do the kids not recognise him? Is there really a generational gap between us?' she wrote. The post went viral with many being amused by the experience.
Well, we guess that was a missed opportunity for the restaurant staff to take a photo with the Hong Kong celeb but since he'll be in town for a while, there might still be a chance next time.
