SELAYANG: Making Kuala Lumpur part of Selangor again will require strong political will owing to the agreement made a long time ago.
"That is one idea, certainly. But we have many ideas to go through."It will take strong political will if the idea is to be implemented," he said here on Friday when asked to comment on the recent suggestion for the Federal capital to be made part of Selangor again.
Petaling Jaya MP Lee Chean Chung reportedly raised the suggestion during a recent Dewan Rakyat sitting."There is still space for the suggestion to be considered in the future," he said after launching the recently-completed upgrade of Jalan B23, Jalan Sungai Tua and Persimpangan Kampung Bendahara in Selayang Baru.It encompasses 11 parliamentary constituencies and falls under the administration of Kuala Lumpur City Hall .
