PETALING JAYA: There is a rising trend of mental health cases among youngsters which is worrying, says Health Minister Dr Zaliha Mustafa will develop a mental health action plan to tackle the crisis among children and teenagers in the near future.“ both children and teenagers,” she said in her speech at the National Mental Health Day celebration here yesterday.
