Kota Kinabalu: Sabah has great potential to develop its society economically and socially through the planning of waqaf property development projects that have been and will be implemented, said Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor.
However, he said, the development of waqaf property needs to be diversified and developed over time so that its benefits can develop the Muslim community comprehensively.“It is because waqaf plays an important role in supporting various social, religious and educational purposes. Actually, waqaf is one of the sources of economic and social development of Muslims.
